Here's exactly what happens from the moment you get in touch to the moment you land in the UK. You don't need to have this figured out before you start — that's what the first stop is for.
You tell us where you're starting from
You get in touch with a quick picture of where you're at: what you're studying now, your grades or predicted grades, the subjects you're interested in, and roughly what budget you're working with. No forms to dig through — just a conversation.
From there, we build a shortlist of UK courses and universities that genuinely fit — a mix of ambitious, well-matched and safer options, compared on course content, teaching style, location and real cost of living.
We build your application together
Once your shortlist is set, we work through your personal statement in rounds — brainstorming, drafting and editing — so it reads like you. We brief your referees so references land on time, and keep a running checklist of what each application needs and by when.
Applications go in through UCAS for most undergraduate courses, or directly to the university for many postgraduate courses — we walk you through whichever route applies to you.
Offers start coming in
If a course requires an interview — Oxbridge colleges, medicine, and some other competitive programmes — we prepare you for the actual format with practice sessions and honest feedback, not generic tips.
As offers arrive, we help you understand what's conditional versus unconditional, and compare offers against each other if you're holding more than one, so the choice you firm up is the right one for you.
You work out how it's funded
In parallel with offers, we map out scholarship and funding options you're actually eligible for — university bursaries, merit scholarships, and external or government-backed routes — and support you through any essays or forms they require.
This is also where we build out a realistic budget covering tuition and cost of living, so there are no surprises once you're enrolled.
You apply for your Student visa
With your offer accepted and funding in place, your university issues your CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) and the visa process begins. We walk you through what the CAS needs to contain, the financial requirement you'll need to evidence, and the full document checklist.
We build a timeline that works backwards from your course start date, so you're applying with time to spare rather than against the clock. This is guidance to help you prepare — always confirm current requirements on the official gov.uk Student visa pages.
You get ready, then you go
Before you fly, we work through a pre-departure checklist — documents, banking, what to pack — and cover accommodation basics, whether that's university halls or private housing.
Once you land, we check in with you as you settle in: registering with a GP, opening a bank account, getting a SIM card, and finding your way around your first few weeks of enrolment and orientation.
